Advanced Botany
Advanced Botany enables you to choose seek rare herbs as mission (which has the Knife as required item). Please note that seeking rare herbs works quite differently from "picking flowers". Seeking rare herbs require you to go to a specific locale, and you then only gain the unique items there.
You can learn about this skill in a school or university which offers a class in it, or you can learn it from an apprenticeship with a master.
